CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total. • Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply.
